About me
Prasanth is a Senior Scientist at GE Global Research, Bangalore. He is with GE Global Research for the past 13 years and has been working in the field of Materials Science, developing new materials for GE Lighting, GE Healthcare and GE Oil &Gas businesses. He holds close to 15 patents and more than 20 external publications. Prasanth earned his B.Sc, M.Sc and M.Phil degrees in Physics from Madras University and Ph.D (Physics) from IIT Bombay in the year 2000 . Prasanth is also an active GE Volunteer and as part of volunteer activity he is involved in teaching, conducting medical camps and organizing Science fair for underprivileged school children.
